It's a good option for those looking for budget-friendly rentals or investment near Poonamallee.

Renting here because it's quiet and close to my office. Public transport options are limited so if you have your bike or car then you're good to live here

Rental returns aren’t great yet but capital appreciation potential is solid as there are some infrastructure developments. Still I wish the roads were better maintained

Good value for money and peaceful environment. Spacious flats and close to daily needs
