I find the AECS Layout peaceful, clean, and safe, and it has parks for walking and relaxing as well.

Public transport is decent here with buses and autos, but metro access is still a bit far.

Not a good area. Waterlogging is a big issue during heavy rains, causing inconvenience and bad road conditions.

Area is very nice and several types of properties are available here for investment
