decent locality where public transport is available but connectivity is not that good

I find the AECS Layout peaceful, clean, and safe, and it has parks for walking and relaxing as well.

Public transport is decent here with buses and autos, but metro access is still a bit far.

Great place to live with nearby supermarkets, hospitals, and schools within walking distance.

Good place with high property appreciation rate every passing year

Not a good area. Waterlogging is a big issue during heavy rains, causing inconvenience and bad road conditions.
