It's very noisy and polluted due to constant construction works. However, I like the access to social infrastructure and public transport options. Ulsoor Lake is just around the corner so that's a plus too.

Limited green spaces nearby which disrupts the air quality and feels congested too. Many buildings here are old and need redevelopments too.

The area is close to Indiranagar and has much more economical rental properties. It's good for students and professionals working in nearby IT companies.

The real-estate demand here is high as it's close to major areas like Indiranagar and has a spillover demand. The high prices of Indiranagar is pushing people over here, increasing the rental yeild and appreciation.
