It’s a nice area and there is good connectivity and the atmosphere is peaceful here but the building are old here.

I’ve never had much trouble finding tenants here. Mostly working couples or small families who prefer a quieter place.

The garbabge collection here is so bad and because of this the whole area feels kind of dirty.

Gujranwala Town has that classic Delhi charm with a modern touch. Markets and restaurants are within reach, though parking is always a bit of a struggle.

Gujranwala Town is a well-planned but maintenance of common areas can sometimes be neglected.
