I moved here last year for work, and the locality is great. It’s calm, with plenty of greenery and well-maintained roads. I work in Koramangala, and it’s a smooth 20-minute drive. Rent is reasonable, especially for such a well-connected area. There’s a local market, a few restaurants, and small stores around, but not much nightlife or shopping. Metro station is nearby.

Property prices have been rising steadily. The area is well-connected, especially with the new metro line. It is a safe, residential neighbourhood, and there’s consistent rental demand. The only downside is the lack of major shopping or entertainment hubs.

The neighbourhood is peaceful. The area is safe, and there are a lot of parks, which makes morning walks quite refreshing. The rent is very reasonable considering it’s so close to the IT hubs.

It is quiet and safe neighbourhood. The roads are well-maintained, and there’s a local park where kids play. We get a few stores and a clinic nearby. The metro station is just a short distance away.

I’ve rented out my flat in LBS Nagar for about 3 years now. It’s a great place to live, quiet, with minimal traffic. Schools, parks, and office areas are nearby.

When I first moved to LBS Nagar, I didn’t have many expectations you know like it’s not one of those flashy Bangalore areas people hype up. But over time I realised it’s a very functional. What works for me is how central it feels without being noisy or too chaotic. I can reach Indiranagar, Ulsoor, MG Road, or even Old Madras Road fairly easily depending on traffic.

There are great breakfast places in and around. Love it but honestly, living here isn’t exactly comfortable in a modern sense. The roads are narrow, footpaths are inconsistent and traffic also comes into residential lanes during peak hours. Parking is a constant struggle too. if you have a car, you’ll feel it every single day.

The rent is quite reasonable here considering its proximity to HAL and Indiranagar. The neighborhood is mature, and you can find all daily groceries and household items right within the internal lanes.

The BWSSB water supply pressure can be low on some days, forcing us to depend on private borewell tankers. Traffic congestion near the main HAL road intersection is a major bottleneck during evening rush hours.

A deeply comfortable and secure residential pocket for families. Reputed old schools and good multi-specialty healthcare facilities are available nearby. The layout is stable and completely safe for kids.

Superb connectivity to major commercial zones like Old Airport Road, Marathahalli, and CV Raman Nagar. Commuting by bike is very quick, though public bus frequencies on internal routes could be improved.

I have lived here for over a decade and a half. It retains its old Bangalore charm with mature trees and a peaceful community feel. Power supply cuts are rare nowadays, and civic amenities are highly stable.

The quiet morning atmosphere is wonderful for retired individuals. The layout streets are relatively calm during the daytime for light walking, and trusted family doctors and diagnostic centers are walkable.

I visit my friends living here over the weekends. The residential blocks look organized, but finding open roadside parking for a four-wheeler car inside the inner residential streets requires patience.

Real estate values remain highly resilient and stable here because of its core location adjacent to Vimanapura and HAL. High rental demand from defense personnel, aviation staff, and corporate workers.

Budget room options are decent if shared with flatmates. NGL, the immediate locality lacks massive student lounges or library spaces, so you have to travel towards Indiranagar or Kaggadasapura for that vibe.

The municipal garbage clearance vehicles are irregular in a few extension blocks, leading to pile-ups. However, the stable middle-class resident base ensures steady and predictable daily sales for retail shops.
