Best part is the rent..i am paying 12 k for a spacious 1 bhk which is almost impossible to find in South blr or any other nearby areas..Better than Hebbal but only thing is the waterlogging that happens even with slightest rainfall
It is mostly a residential area, so there is not too much noise. Parking gets annoying on narrower roads though..
not many cafes or pubs to hang around but u will def find peace here.good mallls, parks and gyms nearby which pretty much works for me
My biggest issue is traffic while getting out during office hours. I usually take the bus because driving and finding parking is a pain. Bus routes around Bhuvaneshwari Nagara do make daily travel a bit easier.
I like that this is not one of those super noisy Bangalore areas. You get your grocery shop, pharmacy, tea place and other basics without going far. Some road stretches need attention, but I am pretty happy with the day to day feel here.
Rachenahalli Lake park nearby gives a nice place to sit for some time. Footpaths are not perfect everywhere, so walking on the main road needs a little care.
the area feels simple and easygoing. Buses are available around the main roads, and there are enough shops for quick stops. Traffic is the only thing that can make the visit irritating.
I would consider this area for someone looking for a regular residential market rather than a premium neighbourhood. Schools, shops, parks and public transport are already around. Roads are the one thing I would check properly before buying..
getting around can take time when roads are busy. Fine for me as the rent is reasonable...
Rent aside, I have very little to complain about. I like having small shops close enough to walk to, and the streets feel fairly calm at night.
