It is great for those working from home and the area is clam and mostly free of noise.

I value the fact that we live somewhere that still has actual greenery and fresh air but finding rides can be a challange sometimes.

Property taxes here are kind of okay, but we’ve had to follow up for basic issues in the area.

I have been living here for a few weeks and this area is soo good compared to rest of Mumbai. I love it.

Aarey is tricky from an investment angle. It’s loved by a niche group, but mass appeal is still lacking. So, it takes time to find the right buyer or tenant.
