I have given my property on rent here. People mostly prefer it for its affordability. Basic amenities are within reach like markets, ATMs, etc. One persistent problem is the lack of strong public transport. Some lanes are also smelly due to poor garbage disposal.
Moved here temporarily for a small project with a client. It's a peaceful locality but if you don't have your own vehcle, it will be difficult to move around.
Good locality with less congestion. But inner roads are under development. No malls or cafés nearby.
Been living here for almost five years. It's a beautiful area with cleaner air. Some lanes are very dark though and street lights are not prominent which makes it unsafe to walk alone.
The roads are decent, and buses are available towards Chakan and Talegaon. Local shops are there for daily needs. The area stays quiet at night, which helps after long work hours. It is not very developed, but it works well if your work is close.
The area is still developing, so there are limited restaurants and shops. For bigger shopping, I go to Chakan market. Traffic is low, which is good. Public transport is okay but not very frequent.
The area has a suburban vibe which is ideal for people looking for a peaceful atmosphere and less congestion. We recently bought our second property here to use it as vacation home in Pune.
