Wadachi Wadi Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
Road quality is improving with some development projects. New residential projects are also underway. Nice eateries around and quiet vibe.
The area feels peaceful because of lots of green spaces. The streets are tree-lined and air quality is much cleaner than central Pune. Congestion is also less. But as someone relying on metro, I wish it wasn't too far.
I stayed here during my Pune visit for a client meeting. I liked the peaceful vibe but the lane I stayed in was narrow and felt congested. Streetlights were not functional too so I felt a bit unsafe.
Good area for short-term rentals. Public transpot is adequate and I liked the local food stalls. Not many fancy cafes to explore.
This place wadachiwadi undri is like a desert. You will only find dust moving around. Stone crusher truck passes every minute throwing pebbles sand dust on the people and on the road. No water. Power goes out atleast twice in a day. No adequate street lights. You will regret buying a property here. There is no growth.
Having home here pretty nice. It's peaceful, well-connected, and safe for families too. Property rates are also affordable and it's also great for buy-to-rent purpose
