Vijay Nagar Colony Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Compared to Delhi or even Indirapuram, rent is very affordable It’s a great deal especially with a decent number of hospitals and shops nearby. But sadly not many entertainment spots nearby. No big malls or cafes to explore.
Good for families. We’ve raised our kids here. Schools like DPSG and Indirapuram Public School are within reach. Plus, there's a sense of safety and familiarity. I wish the area had better urban planning. Roads are narrow, and illegal constructions have made traffic worse
There are parks and a few local cafes, but if you’re someone who enjoys malls or nightlife, you’ll need to travel to Raj Nagar or Noida
I bought a plot here over a decade ago, and property values have nearly doubled since then. With nearby developments like Siddharth Vihar, prices are still rising
Vijay Nagar Colony is a budget-friendly and well-established residential area. It offers a good mix of apartments and independent houses with relatively affordable rents.
This area offers a lively and convenient experience with good connectivity via NH-9, easy public transport access, and nearby markets, eateries, malls, and parks.
The area is well-connected via national highways and I personally find it safer than most parts in Ghaziabad. It's a proper residential locality and the community is good. Metro station is also not very far. But recently power cuts have become very common. If you don't have backup it will be a hassle during summers.
