Staying in Vadghar for almost a year. Rent is much cheaper, so it suits my budget. It is a bit far from the main commercial areas, but trains and buses help. Roads are decent.

There are schools, clinics, and more buildings. Still, it is peaceful. No loud traffic or chaos. Our neighbours are nice, and we feel safe here. `

It’s far if you’re working in the city, and daily travel gets tiring. Not many cafes or restaurants around, and roads are patchy in some areas. But it’s quiet.

The area is quiet and mostly safe. Not a fancy location, but okay for middle-class families. Rentals are steady. The appreciation is slow, but I’m holding long-term. Hoping new infrastructure plans will boost the value.

Vadghar has grown slowly. I have seen new apartments, shops, and clinics come up. Not much noise, which is rare in Mumbai. Roads can be better though.
