Connectivity is improving, especially with the new service roads near ORR. I like the community vibe here and its peaceful too. But there's no good malls or cafes nearby to chill

I moved here as it's close to my office in Shamshabad. It's peaceful and rent is affordable, but local markets shut early and autos are not available after 9 PM

The area feels a bit secluded but overall, it's peaceful and manageable if you have your own vehicle. Don't expect any high-end hangout places or parks here. It's a simple and quiet area.

I like that it’s still semi-rural, which means good scope for appreciation once commercial zones expand. But it’ll take another 4–5 years to mature fully

Rental properties are reasonable here and basic stores are nearby. Some local eateries are here too. It can be lonely at times because the area is a bit far from good cafes and malls. Some inner lanes can be risky to walk alone at night too. Street lighting isn't reliable
