I joined Loyola College and found a Rs. 7 000/month PG in Teynampet, just two bus stops away. BMTC routes 21 and 1C drop me at campus in ten minutes. We often go to Café Coffee Day in Express Avenue for quick coffee break or study sessions. Occasional monsoon drains clog on Whites Road, but neighbours help me cross the road. Affordable rent and top transit options have kept me here.

We have rented a 2 BHK apartment in Teynampet, and it's an affordable and cost-effective area if you manage your finances property. There are buses and metro connectivity so there should be no problem in commute. Supermarkets and grocery stores are also nearby so you save money on online ordering. There is ocassional noise from the local temples and street vendors during weekends but it's still manageable.

I bought a 1 BHK property here in 2023 for its close proximity to IT parks and malls. Owning a house in Teynampet is convenient for so many reasons. The area is close to daily essentials like supermarkets and local stores, and there are plenty of cafes nearby.

Investing here is a good deal because the area is rapidly growing and the connectivity has improved so much in the past few years. It's a mix of residential and commercial locality so the price appreciation is good too, and so is the demand. Public transportation facilities are quick too, and the social infrastructure is developing fast. Some roads need better lighting and maintainence, otherwise it's a good investmennt.

My cousin lives here, and I often visit her during the weekends. The roads are generally crowded and sometimes feel congested. But i like food options here. There are plenty of small cafes and tea stalls for snacks. We often go to Spencer Plaza as there aren't many options to hang out here except some cafes.
