I walk to the station in under 15 minutes. You’ll find good street food and local shops but there’s no open space or greenery.

The flat is small, but rent is low and I’m saving money. The area is crowded, and streets get muddy during rains. But for this price and convenience, I honestly can’t complain. Everything I need is right outside my door.

I own two units here and one is residential and the other commercial. The commercial shop does really well and residential demand comes mostly from working professionals and small families.

I moved here for my job in Goregaon East. The flat is small, but rent is low and I’m saving money.and I like it here.

You’ll hear traffic, people, and vendors constantly, so don’t expect calm. But for those who want affordable rent and easy access to daily needs, it’s a good choice.
