Shiv Durga Vihar Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I bought a small house in Shiv Durga Vihar five years ago. Prices were very low back then. There’s been some improvement, but it’s still a developing area. Rental returns are average, mostly bachelors or small families stay here. Not for big appreciation, but land value might grow slowly.
Living here for a while now. The area is simple, mostly middle-income families. Roads need repair. But people are helpful. Schools and clinics are not far, which is helpful for my kids.
We have been renting a 2BHK here for over a year. The rent is within our budget, but there are some challenges. Roads are not great, and sometimes garbage collection is irregular. Still, for the price, it’s decent. The local temple and community feeling are nice.
The locality is still upcoming. I invested here for long-term prospects. Connectivity is a bit weak now, but once the nearby infrastructure improves, it may catch up. Lot of self-construction going on. Not ideal for high-end buyers but works for affordable housing.
I came here to visit my sister. The area is very crowded, and roads are not in great condition. But the local market had everything needed. People were friendly, and I liked the community feel.
Rent is low compared to nearby sectors, which is the main reason I chose this place. Metro is close, so commuting is easy. Basic shops are there, but not too many eating options.
