Dropped by to see a flat. The lanes are quite and has strong community vibe. Seems it slightly cut off from nightlife, but I am planning to move here.

I love the greenery and quietness of the area. Shops, schools, and hospitals are all close and commuting is smooth easy.

It is a well-planned complex and becasue of that property values have appreciated steadily. Worth buying for end use or rental income.

There is easy access to Sanjay Gandhi National Park. I just wish the local roads were better maintained during monsoon.

The area is clean and safe. Slightly older buildings, but excellent rental income due to strong location advantage near Western Express Highway.
