I’ve lived in Shanti Nagar for about 2 years now. The metro is just a short walk and buses and autos are easy to find. Plus Andheri railway station isn’t too far if you prefer trains. It’s busy like most of Andheri East but overall practical

Shanti Nagar is a really nice area in andheri east, the rent is much fairer than nearby areas. I am in a PG and its a short distance from my office.Just be wary of the alleys that can be congested

Shanti Nagar is part of busy Andheri East so you feel the city around you. That’s good for IT people but it also means dust and noise from traffic are part of everyday life. Some internal roads also need better management

The area is very dense and lately overcongested. But i love the convenience of living here. close to IT parks, coffee shops, parks, malls etc

Shanti Nagar isnt too premium but it is within Andheri East which is itself a posh area. If your goal is stable rental income, this is a solid investment option because it’s so close to metro, highway and business hubs.
