It’s a great place for families and retirees. The local authorities could do more to manage stray animals, though.

The parks here need more care and so do the roads. Apart from that, the area is clean and best for families.

I wouldn’t expect big jumps in resale value here but I was quite surpirised by how much the prices spiked after COVID.

Good access to main roads and autos are easy to find. However, some streets still need better lighting at night.

You see familiar faces daily, which is comforting. My only complaint is the slow pace of civic upgrades.

The roads in and around Sector 9 are quite wide, which makes daily travel easier compared to some other sectors. You can easily find autos and cabs, so commuting isn’t a big issue.

Local markets and small eateries nearby, which helps with daily needs. The area feels fairly safe, even at night.
