This area holds value steadily. Its good for families. But some buildings have old amenities and theres' limited infrastructure development too

Sector 9 is a really warm place. There is nothing fancy about it but still it has a friendly atmosphere. Nightlife is limited though

Commute is good with buses and rickshaws readily available. Railway station is also nearby but the security at night needs to be better in certain locations.

Have stayed here for 4 years now. Gated societies, local shops, and quiet lanes. Only issue? Rainy season flooding near bus stops.

Rented a 1BHK here and it reasonable rent as per Mumbai standards. Loved how quiet the lanes are but it need better street lighting at night.

Sector 9 in Airoli is underrated. It’s clean, has a community feel. Public transport is decent, and there’s a good mix of locals and migrants.

I grew up here. It’s safe, familiar, and full of memories. However, the area's grown congested lately and new construction blocks views and light.
