Bought a flat near Omaxe New Heights. Good rental demand since the area is still developing and families prefer peaceful surroundings. Roads like Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Marg connect well. Appreciation looks steady.
Nice community feel, temples like Radha Krishna Mandir nearby add to peaceful vibe. Local shops and fitness places are convenient. Traffic sometimes increases near the main road.
Nice place for families. Schools in the area and parks make it convenient. The streets inside are quite clean, and people are friendly. We go to nearby gyms and small cafes on weekends.
Rented here because it's affordable. Area is fine, not very happening though. You get daily stuff easily but not many modern restaurants. Travel takes some time unless you use your own vehicle.

Living here is convenient because of the metro and public transport options. But parking on some streets can be a challenge at weekends. The place is mostly clean. Sparsh Hospital is close to my home in case of emergencies.
