In this area, you’ll need your own vehicle to move around as public transport options are very limited

The network situation is bad here. Jio hardly works in my part of the area. There is sometimes long power cuts too

Sector 67 is still developing, so rents are a bit lower than older sectors. thats the main reason i am staying here for now.

Sector 67 will work for long term bet but if the infrastructure develops and connectivity improves through metro.

Less number of residential properties here so rental demand is not that great. It's manageable if you like a low end and cost effective lifestyle though
