We chose Sector 53 because it is close to both my office and my kid’s school. The area is well-developed, with wide roads and proper lighting. Groceries, cafes, and pharmacies are nearby.

I bought a flat in Sector 53 for 6 years. Location is perfect - Golf Course Road is close, and the metro station is within walking distance. But internal roads need repairs. They get bumpy after rain.

Sector 53 is great if you value a quieter pace. It doesn’t feel crowded, and there’s a good balance of office and residential spaces. The roads are wide and clean, and power cuts are almost zero.

I shifted to Sector 53 recently for work. It is right next to the Golf Course Road, so travel is smooth, especially with the Rapid Metro. The societies are modern and clean.

Sector 53 is a premium area. I already have a flat in Gurgaon, but bought another one here for rental. Metro is close, and connectivity is solid. Well-maintained roads, but traffic can be too much during office hours.
