Sector 5 Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 5 back in 2016. The area has grown a lot — better roads, more families moving in. I find it a solid, livable residential pocket with a local market within walking distance.
I’ve been renting here for a year now. It's peaceful, safe, and close to my office in Udyog Vihar. The grocery stores and clinics nearby are a bonus. Auto availability is also decent.
Visited my cousin in Sector 5 and loved the mix of old charm and new development. While not very posh, it felt grounded, safe, and walkable. Street food options were surprisingly good!
Sector 5 offers budget-friendly plots and builder floors. With the metro station not too far and new commercial spaces coming up, I find it ideal for capital appreciation and rental returns in the mid-term.
Bought my home here after years of renting in Gurgaon. The property was affordable, and the locality felt homely. Community vibes are strong — something rare in bigger sectors.
I chose Sector 5 for its excellent connectivity to NH-48 and upcoming infrastructure projects. Property rates are still competitive, and rental demand remains steady.
