I've been living in Sector 1A, Shiravane for over 12 years. As a homeowner, I really appreciate how calm the area is compared to other parts of Nerul. But if you’re looking for malls, branded stores, or fine-dining places, you’ll be a bit disappointed. We often have to go to Seawoods or Vashi for anything beyond basic shopping or entertainment.

Good locality and cheap rent but there are still 2-3 low-lying lanes within Sector 1A that get waterlogged during heavy rains. CIDCO has improved drainage but not everywhere.

Quiet neighborhood and safe too. Compared to Mumbai suburbs or even some other parts of Navi Mumbai, Sector 1A has relatively less traffic noise and chaos. some of the interior stretches still feel unplanned, with uneven roads and open drains. Not at all walkable.

As an investor and long-time resident, I've noticed steady appreciation in property rates. Proximity to commercial areas like Juinagar, Belapur, and the Navi Mumbai IT hub makes this a great long-term bet.

There are many housing societies with families that have been here for decades. Feels mostly safe but if you're stepping out after 9 pm, some inner streets are dark and feels isolated. It might be unsafe to walk alone on such paths.
