Sector 19 Faridabad is an established residential locality in Haryana with pincode 121002, situated adjacent to Old Faridabad, Shastri Colony, and Rajendra Colony near Mathura Road. This family-friendly neighbourhood features local parks and the prominent Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple alongside quality healthcare facilities like Sarvodaya Hospital. The area is highly connected, sitting within 1 km of the Badkhal Mor Metro Station on the Violet Line and 2 km from Faridabad Railway Station, making Delhi commutes easy. In 2026, average property rates range from Rs. 8,350 to Rs. 9,550 rupees per sq ft, where 3 BHK and 4 BHK builder floors dominate strong rental demand.
Very comfortable to live here as Water and electricity are reliable. A bit crowded now, but still feels like home.
Sector 19 has everything within walking distance and I love the local market vibe. Rent is slightly higher, but worth it for the convenience.
The aree is bustling and full of life. Feels like a well-rooted community. Streets are clean, but a few need better lighting at night.
I own a apartment here and it has good rental demand, especially from small families and office-goers. Infrastructure is solid, but parking remains a consistent issue.
Living in Sector 19 is quite chill because the local HUDA market has everything. Can just walk down for groceries or a quick bite. Autos are easily available near the main gate to reach the metro station. Only issue is evening parking.
Water supply is a major headache here. We get municipal water for barely 1 hour in the morning and the pressure is very low, so keeping a motor is a must. The internal sector roads have so many potholes now.
The sector parks are kept really clean and there is plenty of space for walking or playing. Streets feel safe enough even during late evenings. Plus some of the best schools are just 10 minutes away from here.
Getting to Delhi for work takes time but the Old Faridabad metro station is quite close by bike. Traffic gets heavy near the sector exit gates during peak morning hours. Rent is also a bit high for old houses.
Rainy season turns the roads into small ponds here... drainage is completely choked near the market area. Garbage cleaning is also not regular these days, it just keeps lying on the corners for days. Very annoying.
Very quiet and peaceful lanes compared to other crowded parts of the city. Neighbors are decent and daily essentials are available right inside the sector blocks. Good place for retired life, just the streetlights need fixing.
I come here often for shopping at the main market. Finding a spot to park the car is a big nightmare after 6 PM, streets are totally jammed. But the food joints here are amazing, totally worth the chaos.
Plot prices here are touching the sky because it is a very central location in Faridabad. Rental demand is always there from families. Only thing is water scarcity in summers, otherwise a solid area to put money.
Staying as a PG guest here is very sorted. The local market has cheap food stalls and photocopy shops. Metro is a short 20 rupees auto ride away. Safe streets at night, NGL.
Traffic jams near the main market entry are getting worse daily. Customers complain about zero parking space outside shops. The civic body never cleans the main drains, so even a little rain floods the whole market front.
