Sector 15 Part 1 Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
I like the overall greenery and there are some local food joints here. Not many cafes though. Traffic is okay but the road conditions are not that great.
It has an old Gurgaon vibe. It has developed a lot but lack of good retail options and high-end cafes is a limitation. But I like the nearby tea stalls, they serve the best masala chai.
Good residential area and usually clean. We rarely face power cuts, and there's full backup in my society. Regular garbage collection, and streets stay clean most days. But traffic near the highway gets heavy during mornings
As a family man, I appreciate the schools, bank ATMs, clinics nearby and spacious walking paths. Connectivity to Delhi‑Gurgaon Expressway and metro station is good. But there's not many cafes or dining options here.
I work in IT and live near Sector 15 Part 1. The commute is smooth via Old Railway Road and Rose Garden Road. I usually take the bus from Iffco Chowk bus stand, which is quite reliable.
The locality offers good social infrastructure with accessible healthcare like Aarvy Hospital and educational institutions nearby. Roads are improving, which boosts future value.
Sector 15 Part 1 is peaceful and clean, although the traffic on Delhi-Alwar Road can get busy during peak hours. I rely on the Millennium City Centre Metro Station, it’s about 6 km away but worth it to avoid driving in congested traffic.
Parking can be challenging, but the safety here is good, with well-lit streets. For weekends, I enjoy Central Arcade Mall nearby and love jogging in Kamla Nehru Park. The hospitals like Umkal and Aarvy are close.
The neighbourhood is calm and community-oriented. Roads like Old Railway Road are smooth and getting better. Convenience is great with Central Arcade and Cross Point Mall close by.
Rented a 1 BHK here and so far it's been good. The park is a great evening hangout. It’s not too close to metro though so you got to rely on autos.
