Been living in Sector 14 for over a decade. The wide roads and green parks make it a pleasant place. Schools like Apeejay and Modern DPS are nearby, and the HUDA market is convenient for daily needs

The area is peaceful, well-connected, and safe. Renting here has been a good experience for me. Local markets are close by, and metro station is around 3 km from here.

There are plenty of eateries and shops here for daily needs. It's a convenient place for families. Public transport options area reliable too.

I was looking for a property to invest in here, and found it pretty suitable. Affordable property prices, good infrastructure, but roads are not well-maintained and some streets were narrow and congested. But looking at the civic amenities, there is a high potential this will be a good investment area with high ROI.

It's a comfortable area to live in with your family. Good infrastructure, good connectivity, and safe too.

Living here is a bit chaotic. There are lots of shops and markets nearby so the commotion is real. it's not your usual peaceful residential setting although there are a few apartments and small housing complexes

I work in a publication nearby so I took a rented flat here. It's walkable from my office which saves me a lot of time. I love this area. it has good food places, little cafes, good malls, local markets like brahmapura market and also a few temples

The best part if the metro within the locality. This increases the resale value. Plus the area is commercial but has some residential demand as well because of the connectivity. despite being a bit noisy and congested, people prefer it

Nice locality. Amenities like hospitals and malls are just around the corner. The problem I face is the traffic and some inner parts have drainage issues so going through them during monsoon is another hassle

I wish the place didn't feel so cramped. I am a teacher at a nearby school so this area works for me fine but sometimes i just wish there were some greenery and parks which would upgrade the air quality as well.

Moving around Sector 14 is quite easy because autos are always standing near the main market area. The only major pain is finding a house with proper parking space if you have a car. Most streets are just too cramped for that.

Living here is very peaceful as the internal sector roads are wide and mostly clean. The local parks are kept in good shape too. Only issue is the water supply timings which are a bit tight in the mornings.

Streets here feel very safe even if walking around late after dinner. There are good schools right inside the sector so kids do not have to travel far at all. Very satisfied with the neighborhood.

Evening traffic near the Sector 14 entry point is getting worse daily. Takes forever to cross that stretch during rush hours, NGL. Wish the traffic police would manage the main junction better because it is a total mess.

Markets here have everything you need from groceries to good eating joints, so nobody needs to go outside the sector for daily shopping. It is an incredibly self-sufficient place to live.

Walking on the footpaths here is nearly impossible because shopkeepers have blocked them or they are broken. Roads are fine but senior people have to walk on the main side lanes which feels risky with all the bikes zooming past.

Finding a spot to park my car near the central market is a massive headache on weekends. The crowd is too much. Otherwise the area has some really decent cafes and shops to hang out.

Property prices here are always high because it is a prime, safe neighborhood with top schools like DAV nearby. Water issues happen sometimes but houses here still command great rent. Definitely a solid area.

Paying 15k for a tiny PG room here feels a bit much... but the area is safe and it is easy to get shared autos for the metro station. Food joints are also close.

The drainage system across the sector blocks up completely even with a little rain. Water just collects on the roads for hours and spoils the footpaths, making it tough for customers to walk. Very annoying.
