I’ve been living here on rent since 2022. The sector is quiet and perfect for remote workers. Grocery delivery works fine, but public transport is limited. Overall, happy with the choice.

As someone visiting from Delhi, I found Sector 112 peaceful and less polluted. Wide roads and open spaces stood out. Travel was smooth via Dwarka Expressway, though there's still ongoing construction.

As a tenant, I feel Sector 112 offers good value for money. Societies are spacious and not overpopulated. You’ll need your own vehicle though, because autos or buses are hard to find.

For me, Sector 112 is a long play. The property rates are still reasonable compared to other zones, and once all civic work finishes, it’ll gain attention.

Visited my cousin here. The apartment was modern and spacious, but stepping out meant fewer options for restaurants or grocery shopping. Still, it's a comfortable residential area for those with their own transport.

I’ve owned a 3BHK flat in Sector 112 for four years now. The area has seen gradual development, and connectivity has improved. It's peaceful, with clean surroundings and decent amenities. Still waiting for better retail infrastructure.
