I’ve been staying in Seawoods for the past 9 years. It’s clean, peaceful, and well-planned. The railway station and Seawoods Grand Central Mall make life very convenient. Only issue is traffic at Palm Beach Road during peak hours.

I work in Navi Mumbai, and Seawoods saves me so much commute time. It’s also close to hospitals and ATMs. Streets are walkable and safe for women too. One drawback is there are fewer gym options unless you’re inside a premium complex.

I’m new to Seawoods and totally love the greenery here. It’s rare to find in Mumbai. The train station connects well to business hubs, and buses are frequent. The only trouble is the limited parking space for visitors in most buildings.

Bought a flat near Seawoods station as an investment. Always in demand due to the location. The area is modern and well-connected.
