For me, the area is cheap but unsafe because lots of stray dogs roam around here, and several incidents of attacks have been reported too. Power cuts are frequent too which I hate.

Living here with family, and I find the area safe and comfortable. Malls, gyms, supermarkets are close by so that helps. If you're a public transport person, you may be disappointed because buses aren't reliable and the closest metro is 7 km away.
