Roop Nagar Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Metro, rickshaws, and buses are always available. No matter where you want to go - North, South or even Noida. Many shared autos also go from the nearby stops.
Bought a small flat in Roop Nagar last year. It’s close to Delhi University north campur, so I easily get students or small families as tenants. Rent is decent.
It’s a safe area to raise kids. Schools and clinics are nearby. You can get groceries, medicines, everything within walking distance. Autos and e-rickshaws are easily available. Roads do get busy, but manageable.
Roop Nagar has good old houses, but now many are turning into builder floors. I see potential in this area for redevelopment. It’s close to Kamla Nagar market and still not as overpriced as nearby places.
The area is very residential but too crowded and busy. there are many temples around. and infrastructure is also solid
Affordable and safe but not well connected to key places. the lack of metro increases travel time and money.
Roop Nagar is quite peaceful considering it’s close to the university. Most streets are lined with trees, and the houses are well maintained.
