Raja Garden Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
There are ocassional power cuts which annoy me the most but the area, in general, is peaceful and accessible. I own a 2 BHK here since four years. I get good rental income from here. and annual property tax is low too.
I visited a friend’s home here last month. Metro station access impressed me. Nearby mall had nice brands too. My friend's society garden was clean and well kept. Auto and taxi services were prompt as well. But traffic was really bad in the evening when I came back. It was too crowded too.
I bought a residential property here in 2022, and the property values have grown by 4.2% over the years. It's a good area for long-term investment. property prices are affordable too as compared to other parts of Delhi. Some improvements are still required though, in terms of road infrastructure and metro expansion.
I moved here recently due to my work and I travel via metro. It's not a vibrant locality in Delhi but you get the essentials done - there are supermarkets, gyms, cafes, hospitals, and small clinics nearby.
Managing property here is fairly smooth due to easy access to services. Wear and tear is higher because of dense usage.
The locality has a strong connectivity and has easy access to shopping areas. Everything feels within reach. However the locality often feels crowded and busy.
Raja Garden feels quiet in the early mornings. Parks and walking trails are really helpful to calm my mind. Grocery shops deliver here quickly. Clinics, labs, and hospitals are within a short distance too. It's a good residential area.
