I am happy living here as a tenant. Affordable apartments, easy metro access, and nearby IT hubs make my daily commute smooth and stress-free.

My society faces frequent water shortages in summer. We often rely on tankers, which is inconvenient and adds extra expenses.

I invested here in a property last year and witnessed that the value has appreciated significantly. Tenants are also available easily.

The roads are well-planned, but during monsoons, waterlogging in certain areas becomes a major issue. It needs better drainage solutions.

Public transport is unreliable at night. After late office shifts, finding cabs or buses is a challenge, making travel difficult.

Finding good tenants is tough sometimes. Many people rent for short durations and frequently shift, causing inconvenience.

I live near wakad in PCMC and i feel it is very chaotic. If you prefer quiet environment, this may not fit well. But on the good side, it has all great facilities. for public transport, there are buses and metro. for daily amenities, there are supermarkets and malls nearby. Rent is also not high

The flats in PCMC have more space for the money you pay than other areas. But on the downside, it is not entirely residential so evenings can be noisy and congested

We live in phase 1 hinjawadi which is a bit quiter than bhosari and area near MIDC. inner lanes are smooth but main roads very patchy. the biggest perk is the airport and railway station proximity

Pimpri Chinchwad is a well known industrial area and slightly residential too. there are many business parks and industries here which keeps the demand steady and rental yield also moderate. but infrastructure still needs to evolve. buildings need to refurbished in some areas.

Pimpri Chinchwad is a nice area if you looking for budget friendly and spacious flats. but I prefer an area with more trees and parks which this one lacks heavily. this is why it also feels dull and very crowded
