I have been here for the past 4 years and have gotten used to the comfort. everything is nearby, like markets, clinics, restaurants and malls. My office is a bit far but there's metro within walking distance. It's just that the maintainence costs are so high in some societies including myself

It is growing but still some parts in Mandawali and near IP extension are old and outdated. The buildings have structural issues and the area does not have many high end projects

Love the area. For the rent I pay, it has many good amenities and facilities nearby. the metro is just within 1 km. Anand vihar railway station is within the locality itself. It's very convenient

It's a great area to live in. Much better than nearby areas like Laxmi Nagar and Mayur Vihar. it has metro, good schools, hospitals and also many cafes. it doesn't feel very congested either

The area is good but some older societies do not provide parking. And there is waterlogging issues which is very annoying during monsoon
