As an investor, I see steady capital growth here. Metro expansion plans boost value. Demand from IT and finance pros is strong. Low vacancy rates keep cash flow healthy. Only thing I find negative is that entry price per sq. ft. is climbing fast.

I visited a friend’s home here. I saw good schools and clinics close by. We also went to nearby mall in the evening. Metro ride was quick to Connaught Place. Society garden was nice to relax too. I liked the area.
