Osman Nagar Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Having lived here for more than ten years, I can say the area has its own sets of pros and cons. Pros - no direct metro connectivity the closest one is Miyapur metro which is 15 km from here. On the brighter side, the cost of living is decent and area is peaceful.
I visited here for a business meeting at Slider Cafe. Post that, I was exploring a bit and found the area has lots of potholes and need better road infrastructure. Also there's hardly any parking spot here, so that was a bit struggle.
I live here in a 1 BHK flat, and the rent is affordable. I get stuck in traffic occasionally, but on the brighter side, I have made a few friends in my society. We often go around cafes during weekends. The streets are vibrant but some lanes have poor waste management systems, and get smelly too often.
My partner and I bought a 2 BHK here in a society, as the prices seemed decent for all the infrastructure. Supermarkets and local stores are nearby too. There are a few hospitals and shopping malls as well. It's a good area for a peaceful living. nothing fancy.
Osman Nagar is a growing neighborhood with good area for property value increases. Investors can take advantage of affordable prices and the area’s steadily improving infrastructure.
This area offers a peaceful residential environment with access to daily amenities, schools, and healthcare facilities.
The area isn't very fancy and don't have many cafes or fine dine options nearby. But it gives a generous lifestyle with low cost of living. The area is also quite known for its peaceful environment. Traffic is a bit issue sometimes, but it's manageable.
