Old Bowenpally is really super convenient. its peaceful, vibrant, and looks nice. Not a posh area but still feels good to live here. everything is nearby from good cafes to malls

The area has good flats at cheap rent but if you rely on metro too much, this does not have that. the closest metro is JBS which is 5 km away. also, not many fancy cafes here to explore

It has good connectivity to Secunderabad and it feels green. But the parking issue continues. Many lanes are narrow inside and four wheeler parking has remained ahassle for me

The area gets very busy and chaotic during evenings and weekends especially around the bus stops
