I own an old apartment close to Haddows Road. While the value has grown steadily, aging infrastructure and lack of proper parking space affect tenant interest occasionally.

I rent a 2BHK near Sterling Road. The area is peaceful, has ample trees, and I can walk to work, cafés, and the supermarket without needing a vehicle.

My home on Khader Nawaz Khan Road has appreciated brilliantly. It’s well-maintained, close to premium shops, and draws attention from well-off tenants and buyers.

I live close to Nungambakkam High Road. Though the area is good, the traffic noise and chaotic junctions are overwhelming. It’s tough to get peaceful sleep or clean air on weekdays.

Bought a 1BHK intending short-term rentals. While it earns decently, fluctuating maintenance costs and society restrictions occasionally make it tough to manage remotely.

Great connectivity and dining options, but rents are on the higher side. I had to compromise on space to afford a decent location near my office.

This is one of the best areas in Chennai. I can travel easily because there's a local train nearby. It’s super convenient, plus there are good schools and top colleges too.

Nungambakkam is a happening place. I recently moved here and I’m really loving the environment. It’s a central location that connects to various hotspots in the city. It’s also a great place to explore the nightlife.

Nungambakkam is one of Chennai’s prime and upscale localities, known for its central location. It hosts top educational institutions, corporate offices, consulates, and luxury hotels. The area is well-connected by metro, road, and suburban rail. It offers a blend of modern lifestyle with vibrant cafes, boutiques, and cultural centers. Despite occasional traffic congestion, Nungambakkam remains a sought-after residential and commercial hub.

This is a good locality. I’ve been here for more than 3 years.

Since, this area is calm and quite, lots of people come here. I have rented out around 2-3 rooms and they are full throughout the year.

The rental market is excellent, especially for corporate tenants. Space for new developments is limited, but that keeps property values strong.

I study in Loyla college and its easier for me to go to college. My apartment is around 2 km away and the rent is kind of decent. The area is also full of students because of that.

It’s clean and full of good cafes and shops but the rent is high here.

Finding tenants is never a problem as there are colleges nearby and most tenants are students itself and they generally stay the whole term of their college.
