Nesapakkam Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I bought a flat in Nesapakkam as my son was studying nearby. Later I rented it out. The tenant flow has been consistent. Even though it’s not a flashy area, demand is always there from salaried class. Good basic infrastructure, and local shops everywhere. Calm environment adds to the appeal.
I’ve been staying in Nesapakkam for more than a decade. It’s a peaceful area, mostly families. The temple street gets a bit crowded, but otherwise very quiet. Walkable distance to the market and bus stop. Roads are narrow in some places, but we manage.
Been renting in Nesapakkam for 9 months. Everything is close by. Bus service is good, and even share autos are easy to get. There’s no big mall nearby, but all essentials are available. Rent is lower than KK Nagar or Ashok Nagar side. Parking is tight sometimes, though.
I don’t stay here now, but I rent out our house. The tenants are mostly working people or small families. Area has everything nearby, and people prefer it because it's well connected but not as crowded as other parts of the city.
My brother recommended Nesapakkam for investment. Prices were affordable compared to nearby areas. Appreciation is moderate, but I feel safe with this decision. Locality has stable tenants. No major issues like water shortage or security.
Nesapakkam is a good locality if you're looking for peace and low rent. I stay with my family, and my kid goes to a nearby school. There’s one small park we go to in the evening. Roads are okay but narrow in some stretches. I bike to work, and traffic is average. Not a flashy area, but good for daily life.
