I chose Neelam Nagar for its proximity to my office in Thane. It’s peaceful and has decent grocery stores and clinics. The buildings are older and lack modern amenities, but rents are affordable.

I am staying in a rental 2BHK for 8 months here with my family. It’s quiet and decent for families. However, there’s little scope for recreational activities nearby. Basic facilities are fine, but the buildings are showing signs of wear.

I own a flat in Phase 3 of Neelam Nagar. The society is well-maintained, and the committee is active. There are decent schools nearby. However, no modern clubhouse or gym in the complex.

The property I invested in here doesn’t offer high returns, but it remains occupied. Neelam Nagar appeals to tenants looking for affordability and safety. No major infra changes have happened in years so I am disappointed
