Narsingi Reviews and Ratings (13 Reviews)
Narsingi is developing fast. New cafes and bakeries are opening slowly. The crowd is mostly working professionals and families. It’s clean and less noisy. Just need more options for entertainment.
Lived in a rented place here for 6 years, then bought a flat. It’s convenient, has hospitals, schools, and everything for daily use. But area is losing greenery now, and construction keeps going on.
Staying here with my parents. They like the greenery and open feel of the area. Hospitals and parks are nearby. The roads are wide, but construction is still going on in some parts.
I bought a 2BHK in Toli Chowki while working in Dubai. It's always easy to find tenants—students or IT folks. Rental income is decent. But property appreciation is slower compared to Manikonda or Kondapur.
Narsingi is neat and less noisy compared to other Hyderabad spots. Saw many under-construction flats. Looks like a good option for middle-class families. Still feels a bit far from city life.
I recently moved to Narsingi from Madhapur. The rent is lower here, but the flat quality is just as good. My office is 10 minutes away. It's peaceful, but not much to do after work.

Narsingi is close to the outer ring road so as much as it helps with connectivity, the traffic is really maddening. Also the public transport is limited to only autos and buses. The closest metro is 9 km away.
The apartments here are affordable compared to prime hyderabad. But i feel the development is slow and there are lots of infrastructure lacking. Internal roads are heavily congested. drainage systems are poor
Been living here since I was a kid. Bought a property here 6 years ago and it has developed well. Earlier, it used to feel very remote and many social amenities were far. Now with the development, it has better urban feeling
The area feels safe. Many families live here. there are lots of new gated apartments and gyms close by.
The infrastructure is catching up fast in Narsingi. But the best thing to do would be to wait for a few years for better appreciation and ROI
Most daily needs are sorted here - supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, all nearby. There are bus stops within a short distance, but the frequency is less. It is better if you have your own vehicle to move around easily.
