Nangainallur Reviews and Ratings (15 Reviews)
Went to Nanganallur to my cousin. Commuting in Nanganallur has been smooth because of the metro connectivity. Getting to Guindy or even the city centre took less time. Bus stops are close by too, and autos are easy to find. But late-night transport options are very limited.
There are many reputed schools in and around Nanganallur, making it a good place for families. The roads and drains, though, feel outdated. During monsoon, some areas face drainage issues.
Nanganallur is safe and family-friendly. We often go for walks in the evenings as it feels secure. There are many local shops and bakeries, which is convenient. But there’s no big park for kids to play, only small ones here and there.
Daily shopping is simple here. Vegetable markets, bakeries, and local stores are all around. Small clinics and pharmacies are available at every turn, and there are a couple of decent hospitals nearby.
It's peaceful and family-friendly,area. I have been here for a few years now and I plan to stay here for as long as possible.
Though everything here is nearby but yoiu won't be able to find busses that easily. There are local autos which are helpful for moving around.
Most of the houses are independent or builder floors. It’s comfortable, but lacks the facilities you’d get in gated communities.
If metro connectivity improves further, we could see a decent appreciation. For now, it's a good kind of okayish.
Rental demand exists, especially among middle-aged couples or retirees. You won’t see big spikes in value, but it doesn’t dip either.

I like the calm feeling of Nanganallur. Streets are clean, people are respectful. It has a temple-town vibe, and for families, it is very safe. Many good schools are within a short distance, and reputed hospitals are nearby too.
