Naigaon East is not buzzing or high end. there's limited nightlife options here. It's a good place for those wanting a peaceful setting. Its also far from the metro and many entertainment options.

Naigaon East isn't affluent but promising because of its coastal proximity. Infrastructure is improving but there are still concerns regarding poor drainage and flooding in some inner parts. This can affect both livability and long term investment

I am renting a small 1 bhk near Citizen colony. The area has all necessary amenities nearby like markets, shops, ATMs, clinics, hospitals. etc. I like the safety as well in apartment buildings.

Bought our first house 7 years ago in Naigaon East. the prices have gone up now. The maintainence costs are higher but we still like the peaceful environment surrounded by trees and parks. There's a popular Jain Temple you must visit if you come here, it's called Lodha Dham

Naigaon East is a nice area, calmer than many urban areas. It is very green and pleasant. There's also less traffic here. But I have faced power cut issues often here. and water supply is erratic during summer time, so do check that before moving in

We rented a flat here because of budget constraints, but were pleasantly surprised. Spacious flats and less congestion. However, medical facilities nearby are still developing.

As an investor, I was drawn to Naigaon’s emerging township culture. Projects here come with modern amenities but at half the cost of nearby suburbs. Rental demand is also growing among working professionals commuting to Vasai and Nalasopara.

We bought a 1 BHK flat in Naigaon East three years ago. Prices were low then, and the area is now witnessing infrastructure growth. Not fully commercial yet, but good for end-use buyers.

As a tenant, I’ve found Naigaon East peaceful and affordable. The area is developing, with decent access to trains and buses. Markets are nearby, though malls are a bit far. Overall, a value-for-money place.

I chose to invest in Naigaon East due to its upcoming infrastructure and affordability. The new road widening and better train frequency have already added value. I expect long-term returns as development continues.

Naigaon East is ideal for retirees or families wanting a calm atmosphere. There are good housing complexes and low pollution levels. However, daily commuting to South Mumbai can be tiring.
