Mundka Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
The rent here is cheaper than most of Delhi, which works well for me. The only issue is lack of entertainment spots or decent cafes nearby.
You can find large plots and homes at better prices here. But only issue we faced was finding a school with good reviews nearby for our kids.
I had rented here for a short-term becuase of my work. It serves the purpose, but nightlife is basically zero as everything shuts too early.
If you're looking for a no-fuss place with basic needs, this place is a great option but green parks or jogging tracks here are vary rare
The Green Line metro connects well to other parts of Delhi, especially via Mundka Metro Station. Mundka is a practical area for families. Hospitals, schools and employment hubs are nearby.
It’s quiet and has green spots for walks. You will easily get essential services, local temples, and the Satlok Ashram. Has easy access to metro and bus routes.
Mundka is developing fast due to industrial and commercial growth. Its Green Line metro connectivity and affordable land prices make it attractive for investment.
Basic medical facilities are available and accessible, but for serious treatments, most locals use city hospitals. Pollution, especially dust from industrial areas is a disadvantage.
We like Mundka for its affordable housing options and community parks like Victory Sports Park. Schools, hospitals, bus stops and metro station are all close. It’s a comfortable place for a growing family, but traffic near NH-9 can get hectic.
Mundka is a affordable place, especially if you're working in nearby industrial areas. But the traffic around the metro station can be annoying during peak hours.
