It is Safe, clean, and well-planned, Mulund is attractive for families. Some areas may have drainage issue during monsoon.

Mulund is peaceful and green, with good connectivity via trains and buses. It’s family-friendly, though rentals can be slightly high.

The area is known for its safety and cleanliness, making it attractive for families. Also, traffic is common suring peak hours.

Investing in Mulund will bring good values also it has option with strong infrastructure, upcoming projects, and steady demand, offering good long-term growth potential.

Mulund have reported occasional power outages, construction delays, and safety concerns in certain areas. Despite this, many still find it convenient and well-connected for daily living.

Moving around Mulund West is quite simple because autos are everywhere near the station. Taking a share auto to LBS Road is just 20 rupees and saves so much time during the morning rush hour. Roads are decent but evening traffic near the junction takes 15 minutes extra.

This area is very calm and safe for walking even after 9 PM. Streetlights on MG Road are always working and shops stay open late so it never feels lonely. Footpaths are actually walkable here compared to other parts of Mumbai.

Getting a budget PG around Devidayal Road is a big headache RN. Rents are like 18k for tiny shared rooms and food mess options are very less. The main market area is way too crowded in the evenings, can barely walk on the street.

Good area to live because everything is close by. Good schools are within 2 kilometres and vegetable markets have fresh stuff daily. Only issue is the weekend crowd near the main gallery malls where parking gets totally jammed.

Water supply is given only for 2 hours in the morning in this lane, so we have to store everything. Otherwise the location is okayish. Main markets and pharmacies are just a 5 minute walk away.

Delivery vans face a lot of trouble here because people park cars randomly on both sides of the road. Finding a proper parking spot near the commercial lanes is impossible after 11 AM. Dust from daily road cleaning is also too much.

Mulund East is much quieter than the west side. Getting local trains is easy from the station and the east-west flyover connects well. Finding a seat on the BEST buses during peak hours is tough though.

Property rates here are very high now, almost 2 cr for standard 2 BHK flats. Rental demand is solid due to working crowd but internal patch roads need a lot of repairs potholes are bad during monsoon rains.

The traffic near Cypress circle is a total nightmare every single evening. Autos just refuse to go by the meter and demand double cash. Took me 45 minutes just to cross two signals yesterday. Never coming here by car again.

Safety is good and garbage collection happens daily from the streets, which is nice. But water logging happens near the low areas during heavy rains. Navigating those flooded spots becomes a big mess for bikes.
