I have lived here for six years. Initially, the area was quiet, now it’s busier. Roads are well-maintained, though traffic gets heavy around office hours. Local clinic and grocery are close by. Security at night is fine. Street cleaning could be improved.

I shifted with my colleague who works in sales. Our offices are along MIDC, so commute takes about 20 minutes by local bus or auto. Roads are decent yet crowded during rush. Cleaning is inconsistent in some sectors.
