Mallathahalli Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I purchased a 2BHK here in 2020 mainly due to its proximity to educational hubs. Mallathahalli has rental demand from students and working professionals. The prices were low then, and now it’s appreciated steadily. Infrastructure isn’t top-class but it's improving. Water and power are stable.
Staying here with my husband and daughter. I work in sales, so I’m out a lot. Locality has a nice vibe—not too crowded, but active. Metro isn’t close, but buses and autos are easily available. There are some good medical stores and clinics around. Traffic is bearable compared to central areas.
Living here since 2014. This locality has grown quite a bit. Earlier, there were just a few houses, now you see full apartment blocks and shops. Still, it has maintained a peaceful vibe. We have good schools, clinics, and banks close by. People are friendly and community feeling is strong.
Visited Mallathahalli to see my niece’s hostel. Area was surprisingly neat and quiet. Many small eateries and cafes nearby, mostly student-friendly. Internal roads were narrow, but not too crowded. Felt like a nice budget-friendly place for youngsters.
I’ve been living here for over 8 years. It’s a safe and homely area. My kids studied nearby and now commute to college without much issue. Local shops take care of daily needs. Not too many flashy restaurants, but peaceful and clean.
I moved here from Koramangala for better rent value. I work in an IT firm in Rajajinagar, and commute is okay by metro and bike. Mallathahalli is more peaceful, with less noise and decent greenery. There are plenty of PGs, food stalls, and gyms nearby. Area feels safe even at night. Bit of an issue during rains.
