The sea breeze and less polluted air make this one of the better areas to own a home in suburban Mumbai. We are happy living here

I shifted to Malad West last year and was pleasantly surprised by the greenery in some pockets. Morning walks here are really refreshing but yes, parking areas are not that much available

Locality is good and safe but the drainage system is very poor. Every year we face waterlogging issues

Malad West is very safe locality. As a woman, I feel safe coming home even after late shifts, which is a big plus.

What I like is that Malad West attracts both families and bachelors—broadens the rental audience and reduces vacancy risk.

I like that local trains, metro, and buses are all nearby—rare to find such good transport access in one place.
