I moved from the city for a quieter retirement. It’s been wonderful overall. Kids visit on weekends, and the place has become my peaceful corner. Basic stores are now nearby.
It’s not for everyone, but for us, it’s home. Big plots, minimal noise, and growing facilities. Roads have improved over the years, though waste disposal needs more attention.
Bought a plot here early on. It’s picking up with new infrastructure projects. Road connectivity is improving, and demand from industrial staff gives decent ROI. Holding for long-term growth.
Attended a housewarming. Loved how peaceful it was with no horns, just birds chirping. The drive from Pune was longer than I expected, but worth it. Bring your own snacks, though!
This area is a calm, budget-friendly area. Rents are affordable and the surroundings are greener than city areas. Transports are limited compared to other areas due to its developing stage.
I have visited this place after a long time and it has temples, parks, and parks to visit from this area. Bhamchandra Caves is the best place for tourist to explote in this area.
The area feels safe and quiet. It’s a bit isolated at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for college students without their own ride. Still, a good rental find.
